Come richiesto con lettera formale da Roberto Albanese lo scorso ottobre, la procura della Repubblica di Monza ha deciso di presentare ricorso contro la sentenza di primo grado sulla Lombarda petroli, che ha assolto Giuseppe e Rinaldo Tagliabue per l’ecodisastro del Lambro.
